Who trains in Kreuzberg?
-
International expat community (EN · ES)
Kreuzberg has one of the highest expat shares in Berlin — many tech professionals, creatives and freelancers from around the world. They look for a personal trainer who can guide their training in English or Spanish and understands what an international pace of life looks like.
-
Active 25–40-year-olds after injury
Many Kreuzberg clients were physically active — until an injury broke the rhythm. The return-to-sport program brings you back step by step and safely to your sport, your yoga or your running routine.
-
People in a post-treatment follow-up phase
After completing physiotherapy, the structured follow-up training program begins — with medical clearance as a prerequisite. On request I can coordinate with your treating physician or physiotherapy practice.

Tempelhofer Feld as a training venue is brilliant. I love that we can train outdoors all year round — and Julio does it even in the wind.

- Yes — home visits in Kreuzberg SO36, Bergmannkiez, Graefekiez and Reuterkiez are available. Especially for clients recovering from injury or in a post-treatment follow-up phase, the home-visit format is the simplest solution: you stay at home, I come to you.
- Can training sessions take place in English or Spanish?
- Yes — that is one of my strongest advantages in Kreuzberg. Spanish is my mother tongue and I speak English fluently. All training sessions, training plans, initial consultations and documents are available in all three languages. No translation effort, no misunderstandings.
- Can I use Tempelhofer Feld as a training location?
- Absolutely — Tempelhofer Feld is my preferred outdoor spot for Kreuzberg clients. The long, flat former runway paths are ideal for return-to-running, coordination exercises and functional bodyweight training. Getting there: U6 Tempelhof, U8 Boddinstr., Bus M29/M41.
- I speak very little German — can I still train with you?
- Yes, that is absolutely not a problem. Training can take place entirely in English or Spanish — from the first movement analysis to the last session. Many of my Kreuzberg clients train exclusively in English or Spanish.
