    Julio listens: What is the current situation? What are the goals? Are there any limitations? Together we establish whether a home visit or another location is a better fit.

    First session with gentle movement analysis (60 min)

    Julio observes how you move — gait, balance, strength. No hurdles, no performance pressure. From this assessment he develops your personal plan.

  3. 03

    Regular sessions (1× per week recommended)

    For seniors, consistency matters more than intensity. Even once a week brings clear progress in balance and strength.

  4. 04

    Adaptation and progression

    What is possible today will be more in 8 weeks. Julio continuously adapts the plan and sets new small goals — always realistic, always motivating.

The only important thing is to bring a current medical assessment if you have any pre-existing conditions. The pace and intensity are always tailored to your current abilities.

Do I need to be physically fit to start?
