Initial movement analysis

Julio observes your movement patterns, identifies imbalances and lays the foundation for your training plan.

Individual training plan

Written plan with exercises, repetitions and progression logic — adapted to your goals and limitations.

Exercise explanation videos

Short video references for every exercise in the plan so you can train independently between sessions.

Between-session support

Questions about exercises or progress? Julio is reachable via WhatsApp / e-mail (response within 24 h).

Regular plan adjustment

After 8–12 weeks re-check: measure progress, adjust the plan, set new goals.

How your personal training works

    Free 15-min initial call

    By phone or video. Julio gets to know your situation, explains his approach and answers initial questions. No sales pitch — you decide afterwards at your own pace.

  2. 02

    First session with movement analysis (60 min)

    Julio analyses your movement patterns, discusses your goals concretely and develops your first training plan together with you. This session counts as a full training unit.

  3. 03

    Training phase (individual rhythm)

    Depending on goals and budget: 1–2× per week. Each session builds on the previous one. You always receive the written session notes and any adjusted exercises for home.

  4. 04

    Re-check after 8–12 weeks

    Julio measures your progress, adjusts the plan and sets new goals with you. You decide whether to continue — no subscription trap.

Who is personal training with Julio suitable for?
For adults of all ages looking for 1:1 training guidance — whether for back prevention, rebuilding performance capacity after a break from exercise, or a general improvement in strength, endurance and mobility. Julio works most often with working professionals between 30 and 60 years old as well as people who have completed an active follow-up training phase and now want to consolidate their everyday performance capacity.
Where does the training take place?
You choose: home visits at your place (Berlin, all districts), a partner studio depending on your district, or outdoor in Berlin parks (Tempelhofer Feld, Volkspark Friedrichshain, Treptower Park). We will clarify the setting in the free initial call.
In which language can training take place?
German, English or Spanish — Julio speaks all three fluently (Spanish as his mother tongue). This applies to training, materials and the initial call.
How often should I train?
That depends on your goals and your time frame. For visible progress I recommend 2× per week. For beginners or people with a tight schedule, 1× per week is a realistic start. We will set the individual rhythm together in the initial call.
What does personal training cost?
A 60-minute training session starts at €90. 5-session and 10-session packages offer discounts of 5 % and 10 % respectively. A complete overview can be found on our Pricing page.
Do I need medical clearance?
For general fitness training, usually not. If you have health restrictions or want to train after an injury or surgery, I ask for written medical clearance as a basis. Safety comes first.
